These terms set out the conditions for using the Android app "Classify" (the "App") provided by Hamachi Works ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
These terms are available in English and Japanese. If you use the App in another language, the English version applies.
The App analyzes the photos on your device only on your device, finds photos that are similar to each other or that were taken on the same day, and lets you organize them into albums within the App. The basic features of the App (photo analysis, searching for similar photos, searching for photos taken on the same day, albums, and moving photos you choose in search results to your device's trash) are free. In the free version, you can create up to 5 albums.
Whether photos are "similar" and which photos are added automatically are estimated by a machine. Results may differ from what you expect; for example, photos that are not similar may be added, or similar photos may not be found.
Photos taken on the same day are found using the date the photo was taken as recorded on your device. For photos without that date, the date the photo was saved to your device is used instead, and days are divided by your device's time zone, so the results may not match the day the photos were actually taken.
All rights in the App belong to us or to their rightful owners. The open source software and the machine learning model used by the App are subject to their own licenses (Settings > "Open source licenses" in the App).
We may change the features of the App or stop providing it. After we stop providing it, we will try to keep the App and Pro features already on your device usable as far as possible, but they may stop working because of changes to Google Play or your device's operating system.
We do not guarantee that the App is free of defects or fit for a particular purpose. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, our liability for any damage you suffer in connection with your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App.
If you are a minor, please get your parent's or guardian's consent before purchasing Pro.
We may change these terms as needed. If we do, we will update this page, and for important changes we will also let you know in the App. If you continue to use the App after a change, you agree to the changed terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Fukuoka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the App.

この規約は、はまち製作所（以下「当方」）が提供する Android アプリ「Classify」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。
この規約は英語と日本語で提供しています。本アプリをほかの言語で表示している場合は、英語版が適用されます。
本アプリは、端末内の写真を端末の中だけで解析し、似ている写真や同じ日に撮った写真を探して、アプリ内のアルバムにまとめる機能を提供します。本アプリの基本の機能（写真の解析・似ている写真の検索・同じ日に撮った写真の検索・アルバム・検索結果で選んだ写真の端末のゴミ箱への移動）は無料で利用できます。無料版で作成できるアルバムは 5 個までです。
「似ている」の判定と自動の追加は、機械による推定です。似ていない写真が入る・似ている写真が見つからないなど、利用者の期待と異なる結果になることがあります。
同じ日に撮った写真は、端末に記録された写真の撮影日時で探します。撮影日時が記録されていない写真は端末に保存された日時で代わりにし、日は端末のタイムゾーンで区切るため、実際に撮った日と異なる結果になることがあります。
本アプリに関する権利は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。本アプリが使うオープンソースのソフトウェアと機械学習のモデルは、それぞれのライセンスに従います（本アプリの［設定］→「オープンソースのライセンス」）。
当方は、本アプリの機能を変更したり、提供を終了したりすることがあります。提供を終了した後も、すでに端末に入っている本アプリと Pro の機能は、可能な範囲で引き続き利用できるよう努めます。ただし、Google Play や端末の OS の変更により使えなくなることがあります。
当方は、本アプリに不具合がないこと、特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用に関して利用者に生じた損害について、当方の責任は、利用者が本アプリに支払った金額を上限とします。
未成年の方が Pro を購入する場合は、保護者の同意を得てください。
当方は、必要に応じてこの規約を変更することがあります。変更する場合は、このページを更新し、重要な変更は本アプリの中でもお知らせします。変更の後に本アプリを利用した場合は、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
この規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関する紛争は、福岡地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
